Medical Gas Training, Testing & Certification

Medical Gas Testing & Certification, LLC (MGTC) supports the healthcare industry by developing, managing, and administering nationally recognized certification and testing programs for medical gas professionals. Our mission is to uphold safety, compliance, and excellence through rigorous certification standards and trusted partnerships with approved instructors.

Medical Gas Certification Programs

MGTC administers certification testing for the following ASSE 6000–Series credentials:

  • ASSE 6005 – Medical Gas Generalist

  • ASSE 6010 – Medical Gas Installer

  • ASSE 6020 – Medical Gas Inspector

  • ASSE 6030 – Medical Gas Verifier

  • ASSE 6040 – Medical Gas Maintenance

  • ASSE 6050 – Medical Gas Instructor

  • ASSE 6060 – Medical Gas Systems Designer

  • ASSE 6060 – Medical Gas Systems Designer

  • ASSE 6070– Medical Gas Systems Design Instructor

Course Delivery

All upcoming courses are conducted by approved third-party instructor companies. MGTC does not provide instruction directly but oversees certification and testing standards. Course availability is updated monthly—please check back regularly for newly added dates.

Approved MGTC Instructors:
Instructors may submit class dates, ASSE 6000-series courses offered, and registration links or contact information. Submissions must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the class start date.
